Lichfield House is located in the heart of wine country, surrounded by local vineyards just two minutes away from Kumeu Valley Estate and The Hunting Lodge Winery. It is ideally located if you are visiting the area or getting married nearby. We were engaged to extend the main house. There were no shortage of challenges as always when dealing with period homes however together with the clients we were able to overcome these and produce an exceptional result. Some key elements were:
