Quality Build is a family run residential building company based in Auckland. Our team are qualified, positive and passionate about building and making your project become a reality. We pride ourselves on the connection and reputation we have with countless happy clients, many returning and becoming friends. At Quality Build we are big on our “core values” and strive for quality and excellence in all areas of the build from start to finish.
We are registered with NZ Certified Builders, Builtin 10 Year Guarantee accredited and are a Licenced Building Practitioner (LBP). All certification that we have had to pass stringent criteria to obtain.
We recognise the stress that comes with undertaking renovations and new building projects and understand that every client has a different level of knowledge and capability around building and construction and that every project is unique in its complexity and methods. That is why we have developed a unique construction process that is implemented from the very first contact right through to completion of your project. A lot of detail is placed around education and communication establishing trust through transparency. Our system ensures that from those very first stages you are involved. We continue to value your input along the way so that you feel in control of your vision and are 100% confident with how your project is taking shape.

Health & Safety
Health & Safety is a huge part of our working lives in the building industry. We are a high-risk industry and until recently haven’t rated too highly on a global scale. With the recent updates to NZ H & S regulations, Quality Build has a comprehensive Health & Safety system that we implement daily to make sure our crew are safe on site and make sure everyone returns home safely at the end of the day. We currently run a digital system called HazardCo. It is an easy and convenient way for us to stay on top of our Health and Safety procedures and stay compliant with the ever-changing Government guidelines.
